Online hypnotherapy allows us to explore the same kinds of issues we would address in person, including emotional patterns, beliefs, habits, and reactions that you want to change.
We meet live through Zoom. I guide the process, ask questions, and respond to what comes up during the session. The work is personal and interactive, not a recording or a prepared script.
How to Prepare
- Use a computer or tablet if possible. A phone can work, but a larger screen is usually easier.
- Choose a quiet room where you will not be interrupted.
- Make sure the device is charged and the internet connection is stable.
- Sit or recline somewhere comfortable while remaining visible on camera.
- Headphones are optional. Some people find them helpful; others do not need them.
Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive the Zoom information needed to join the session.

Can hypnosis work through Zoom?
Yes. Hypnosis depends on attention, communication, and your willingness to participate, not on being in the same room. The experience varies from person to person, online or in person.
Can I do Past Life Regression online?
Yes. I offer Past Life Regression in person and through Zoom. QHHT sessions are in person only.
Can I work with you if I live outside New Mexico?
Yes. I work online with clients outside Albuquerque and New Mexico, including clients in other countries.
What if the internet connection drops?
If the connection drops, you can open your eyes and reconnect. You won't be stuck in hypnosis. We can continue once the connection is restored.
