What Is QHHT?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, or QHHT, is a hypnosis process developed by Dolores Cannon.
A QHHT appointment is much longer than a standard session. The complete process can take up to four hours and includes a conversation before the hypnosis as well as the hypnosis itself.
You come to the session with a list of questions you would like to explore.
What People Bring to a QHHT Session
People often come with questions about:
- relationships
- repeating patterns
- major decisions
- health concerns they want to understand from a personal or spiritual perspective
- life direction
- purpose
- spiritual experiences
- questions about consciousness or identity
During hypnosis, people may experience a past life, something from their current life, symbolic imagery, another place or time, or something that does not fit neatly into a category.
My Experience With QHHT
I trained directly with Dolores Cannon in 2009 and later became a Level 2 QHHT practitioner.
I have offered QHHT alongside hypnotherapy and past life regression since then.
What interests me about these sessions is how individual they are. Two people can come with similar questions and have completely different experiences.
Preparing for a QHHT Session
Bring a written list of the questions that matter most to you. If the list is long, put the most important questions first.
Come rested and allow plenty of time for the appointment.
- Limit caffeine on the day of the session.
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours beforehand.
- Dress comfortably.
- The session is audio-recorded so you can listen again afterward.
- The session is private. No third party is present in the room.

Can QHHT be done online?
No. QHHT is an in-person method and is not offered online. I offer QHHT sessions in Albuquerque.
How long does it take?
The complete appointment can take up to four hours, including the conversation before hypnosis.
Will I remember the session?
Some people remember the experience clearly afterward, while others remember less. The hypnosis portion is recorded so you can listen to it afterward.
